• Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary rights of any party
• Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms and our Privacy Policy

Enforcement and Termination

ExamVaults has the right to:

• Remove or refuse to post any user contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
• Take any action with respect to any user contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that such user contribution violates the Terms, infringes any intellectual property right or other rights of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the ExamVaults or the public, or could create liability for ExamVaults.
• Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the ExamVaults for any violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ExamVaults and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ExamVaults.

Users are only permitted to use this tool, Examvaults, on not more one device of the same operating systems. You are free you to login and use Examvaults on a single iOS, single Android, single, Window and single Mac simultaneously. Usage of account on two or more Androids, two or more Windows, two or more iOSes, and two or more MacOS will result in suspension or ban depending on our descretion.

Limitation of Liability

ExamVaults, its affiliates, and its sponsoring organizations shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any other matter relating to the service.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to ExamVaults over the twelve (12) months preceding your claim(s).

b. The content provided on ExamVaults is intended for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered infallible.

User Acknowledgement

a. You acknowledge that ExamVaults is a tool to assist in exam preparation and does not replace the need for personal study and verification.

b. You acknowledge that you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the content before relying on it for academic, examination, or personal purposes.

Reporting Incorrect Content

a. If you believe that any content made available through ExamVaults is incorrect, please report it to us using the contact details provided on our website.

b. ExamVaults reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make amendments or corrections to reported content based on the feedback received.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Nigeria
• Not have any history of fraudulent activity or Terms of Service violations

How the Referral Program Works

Each registered user receives a unique referral code. When a new user registers using your referral code and makes their first subscription purchase, you become eligible for a commission payment based on our current commission structure.

Commission Structure and Payments

Commission rates and payment terms are subject to change at ExamVaults' sole discretion. Current commission structure includes:

Prohibited Referral Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the referral program:
