3. Service Description

ExamVaults provides an online platform offering access to past examination questions in a quiz format, GPT-powered assistance, user forums, and daily challenges with rewards. We also offer a subscription service for offline access and an ad-free experience.

Winners of (weekly, monthly) challenges are determined by (in that order of precedence): - Total score for the duration (weekly, monthly) - Time spent - Subscribed users. If there are more than one winners, reward is shared equally among winners.

4. Registration, Accounts, and Security

Users must register to access all features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

5. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

6. Forum Contents, User Conduct, Standards & Enforcements

You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content on or through the Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.

You agree not to use the Service:

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ExamVaults', a ExamVaults' employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

Standards

These content standards apply to any and all user contributions and use of interactive services. User contributions must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, user contributions must not:

• Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary rights of any party
• Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms and our Privacy Policy

Enforcement and Termination

ExamVaults has the right to:

• Remove or refuse to post any user contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
• Take any action with respect to any user contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that such user contribution violates the Terms, infringes any intellectual property right or other rights of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the ExamVaults or the public, or could create liability for ExamVaults.
• Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the ExamVaults for any violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ExamVaults and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ExamVaults.

8. Limitation of Liability

ExamVaults, its affiliates, and its sponsoring organizations shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any other matter relating to the service.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to ExamVaults over the twelve (12) months preceding your claim(s).

a. While ExamVaults strives to provide accurate, up-to-date materials for exam preparation, we do not guarantee that the questions and answers provided through our service are correct.

b. The content provided on ExamVaults is intended for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered infallible.

c. ExamVaults does not assume responsibility for errors or omissions in the content provided.

10. User Acknowledgement

a. You acknowledge that ExamVaults is a tool to assist in exam preparation and does not replace the need for personal study and verification.

b. You acknowledge that you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the content before relying on it for academic, examination, or personal purposes.

11. Reporting Incorrect Content

a. If you believe that any content made available through ExamVaults is incorrect, please report it to us using the contact details provided on our website.

b. ExamVaults reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make amendments or corrections to reported content based on the feedback received.

12. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
